Help Yourself Programs
Our approach with this 30 days to Help Yourself challenge is an integrated one. Unlike all the other fad diets out there we are focusing on a lifestyle change that incorporates diet, nutrition, exercise and thought, because changing your lifestyle requires a different way of thinking.
Since embarking on this project, we have realized that we need to put together programs similar to what we did with Leigh, that is available to everyone. We will integrate group cooking lessons, nutrition classes, and fitness sessions with the goal of teaching you and inspiring you to ‘help yourself’. By offering these programs in groups it allows us to make the price affordable but also to help create new friendships that will in turn create motivation for each other.
